Insurance
We strongly recommend that all students take out a suitable insurance policy BEFORE travelling to the UK. The policy should insure you for:
- The loss of personal possessions, such as mobile phones, laptops, money
- The cost of any hospital or medical care that you might need
- Tuition fees in case you have to cancel your course for any reason (your own sickness, family sickness, etc)

Please remember that LSI/IH Portsmouth has a cancellation policy and is unable to refund your tuition fees once the course has started so it’s especially important that the insurance policy covers cancellation and early departure.
